What
is Events and how do I view it?
'Events' is the list of activities taking place in your Places as well as across all Organisations in Batchmates.com.
To view Events Calendar
- Login to Batchmates using your Email/ Unique Id & password.
- Click on any of the place where you are registered.
- Click on the 'Events' tab appearing in the top panel.
- A list of events will be displayed.
- To view events of your registered places click on the link 'View events at your registered places' at the bottom of the list.
How do I
post an Event in my Place?
- Login using your Email/ Unique Id & Password.
- Click on any of the place where you are registered.
- Click on the 'Events' tab appearing in the top panel.
- Click on the 'Add Events' tab.
- Provide the date of the event and other necessary details.
- Click on the "Submit" button.
- Once you have submitted your event details, the event is made online post confirmation by the admin within 24 working hours.
How do I view events of a place where I am not registered?
- Login using your Email/ Unique Id & Password.
- Search for the place of which you wish to view the events from the 'Search Places' in the top panel.
- Click on the name of the place.
- Click on the 'Events' tab appearing in the top panel.
- The list of events for the place shall be displayed.
Can I post an event at a place where I am not registered?
No, you need to be a member of the place in order to post an event.
How do I delete an Event either posted by me or by someone else?
- Members are not allowed to delete Events.
- Use the Contact Us form to inform us and we will do the needful.
